Research privacy notice

Discovery is an early product research project. This notice describes the limited information collected through the early-access form at discovery.trentsoftware.in.

Information collected

The form collects your work email, selected role, systems of interest, task frequency, a description of a cross-system task, and your consent to be contacted. Do not submit credentials, customer records, confidential business information, or sensitive personal data.

How it is used

Information is used only to understand the problem, arrange research conversations, and contact participants about early access. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Storage and disclosure

Submissions are stored on the project's controlled server. The landing page uses no third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or external form processor. Information may be accessed by the project operator and infrastructure providers required to run the service. Ordinary access logging is disabled. Infrastructure error and security logs may temporarily process network metadata such as an IP address when required to diagnose abuse or service failure.

Retention and choices

Research submissions are retained for up to 12 months unless deletion is requested sooner. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@trentsoftware.in.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security. This research form is not intended for production, customer, or regulated data.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the research and service evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
